What is an “active maintenance customer”?
A non-archived customer with at least one asset or inspection deadline tracked by Gewerkly. Only these count towards your quota — archived customers and the trash do not.
What does the trial cost?
Nothing. 14 days of the full feature set, no credit card. Nothing is charged automatically — you decide afterwards whether to continue.
Do I have to pay per employee?
No. Your whole team is included in every plan. The price depends solely on the number of your maintenance customers.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Existing data stays readable; for new maintenance customers you move up to the next plan at any time. The quota counter is always visible before it gets tight.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, in self-service. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current period and can export your data at any time.
Is paying yearly worth it?
Yes: the annual price equals 10 months — about two months free. Starter CHF 490.–, Profi CHF 990.–, Betrieb CHF 1990.– per year.
How do I pay?
By credit card via our payment provider Stripe. Prices are in CHF, net (plus VAT) — Gewerkly is a B2B offering.
What if my portfolio is larger than 500?
The “Betrieb” plan is unlimited. For businesses well beyond that we find an individual arrangement — just get in touch.
